Mindful breath-work practice for when your vibing low…

1. Find a space where you will not be disturbed, sit in a comfortable position

2. As your left hand is your receiving hand, take the crystal and say; Thank you for coming into my life. Take a deep breath and say…I allow your energy to restore motivation, confidence and courage. I AM POWERFUL.

3. Scan your body mentally, bring a sense of awareness to your natural breathing pattern.

4. Place your right hand on your stomach.

5. Through your nose, Take a long slow deep breath, notice your chest cavity and belly expanding.

6. Inhale and count to four, hold for seven, exhale for eight whilst mentally saying your affirmation.

7. Visualise with every inhale, you are breathing in light and life and exhaling any stress or negativity you have been holding.

8. Repeat this technique for around 10mins and increase as you practice.
