My Elemental was born to fuel a personal mission to help people connect with themselves, through the use of inspirational and motivational tools that help people with their daily rituals of meditation and journaling. Latest scientific research has shown that connecting your meditation to a physical object strengthens your practice – a process otherwise known as ’embodied cognition’. It is thought that this connection between your meditation and a tangible object serves as a daily reminder of your intention, thereby reinforcing your practice.

Our candles allow you to experience the awakening of all your senses; SMELLING the incredible aromatherapy grade A essential oils, HEARING yourself reading the affirmations, SEEING the flame flickering and FEELING the reiki infused energy of the crystals, whilst becoming more present in the moment.

About the founder: Deepa

A serial entrepreneur, crystal lover and wellness advocate with spirituality at the heart. She’s on a personal quest to become the best version of herself, consciously creating growth in the physical, spiritual and intellectual dimensions of her world – all while trying to help and support others along the way!

Belief, discipline and rituals were all part of her life growing up, but as a modern mystic, she needed practical tools to work with her everyday life which anchored positive feelings in an easy way. That’s when she decided to embrace and articulate a way of being which would encourage people to adopt the ritual method to connect with themselves.

She wholeheartedly believes in an abundance mindset and after completing her Reiki Training and Crystal healing diploma, she had a vision of sharing this information with every soul-centered, heart driven individual – despite religion, culture, gender or spiritual tendency..
